We carried out a Complete Restoration of this Property, which is situated within the
Liberton area. All rooms were stripped, walls & ceilings re-plastered
& prepared, ready for decorating. Having already completed the porch,
2 bedrooms, lounge, hall & upstairs hall, we then concentrated on the
bathroom.

We were contacted by
Miss Kelly first of all to provide a Free Survey regarding some minor flood
damage. And secondly to provide a Free Estimate to supply and install a
new Kitchen. The Kitchen that Miss Kelly picked is the Derwent, an elegant
Italian Style Kitchen, from the Howdens range. Once the previous kitchen
was removed and all the flooring in Kitchen, Hall & Bedroom was replaced, we
got started on fitting Miss Kelly's new kitchen.
Miss Kelly, being a DIY enthusiast, decided to tackle the tiled splashback
herself, and as you can see, she did a great job. Well Done!
